Born 1954 in Buenos Aires. Studies of Jurisprudence at the University of Heidelberg, First State Examination 1980. Professional training at the Regional Court in Mannheim, free choice period at the German University of Administrative Sciences, Speyer; Second State Examination 1983. Attorney since 1983. 1994 to 2004 corporate lawyer with a construction company, and a company dealing with domestic and industrial engineering Training measures for construction and project managers in Private Construction Law, particularly in Contract Law regarding the General Contract Terms for the Provision of Construction Services (VOB/B). Member of the ARGE Baurecht in the German Lawyers’ Association, at the Deutscher Baugerichtstag, and at the Institut für Baurecht (Institute for Construction Law) in Freiburg im Breisgau (IfBF). Registered in the list of conciliators and arbitrators of the Work Group for Construction and Real Property Law of the German Lawyers’ Association.
